Dyersburg Stadium | Dyersburg, TN
Western Specialty Contractors’ Little Rock branch has completed a waterproofing and concrete repair project at a stadium for the Dyersburg School District in Dyersburg, TN. Serving as the prime contractor, Western performed a variety of repairs designed to help protect the stadium from moisture intrusion and extend the service life of its exterior components. The scope included sealing control joints, cove joints, railing penetrations and stone coping throughout the facility. Western also applied an elastomeric coating to the concrete coping caps to provide an additional layer of protection against water infiltration and weather exposure. Venson Towers | Memphis, TN
Western Specialty Contractors’ Little Rock branch completed a façade repair project at Venson Towers, a multi-family residential property in Memphis, TN. Working as a subcontractor, Western performed vertical and overhead concrete repairs throughout the building to address deterioration and extend the structure’s service life. The project also included the application of an elastomeric coating to provide additional protection to exterior surfaces. As part of the restoration, Western replaced balcony railings, complementing the concrete repairs and exterior coating work while improving the overall condition of the building’s balconies. “Projects at occupied multi-family properties require careful planning and a strong focus on quality throughout the restoration process,” said Kelly Ingram, Branch Manager of Western Specialty Contractors’ Little Rock branch. “Our team completed the concrete repairs, coating and railing replacement while delivering a finished project we are proud of.” The project began in May 2026 and was completed in August 2026.
